How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact support@akutiva.com to arrange a return.
How long does a refund take?
The refund will be arranged within thirty days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
